Holistic Wellness Through Reflexology
At SW-Reflexology, I specialize in harnessing the power of pressure points on the feet and hands to promote holistic wellness.
I am a fully qualified MAR reflexologist, and am fully insured with the AOR.
I have a therapy room within my house, which has excellent parking facilities and is based just outside Fakenham town centre. I am also a qualified level 3 counsellor.
I had always wanted to study reflexology and finally got the chance, finding the best
course was the problem, but i soon found a fabulous school that is highly
recommended in the UK. The course was very in depth, i studied for 15 months,
while working full time, and gained my level 3 in Anatomy and Physiology and
went on to research reflexology and where it came from, and I completed 100 hours
of case studies and gained my Itech qualification. I read every book i could to gain
more knowledge so that one day i could offer treatments to clients, and do what i
have dreamt of doing for so long. It has always been my wish to help others, and in
finding reflexology, i have finally reached my potential to do just that.
I have also attended a course in Chi-medics on release points.
In Febuary 2022 i passed Reflexology for Menopause by Sally Earlham. This has
been an amazing course, with amazing results to help support women in a most
difficult time in their lives.
how long does a treatment take
A reflexology treatment usually takes around 55minutes. The first consultation will take place via
a consultation form being sent to the client’s email .After it has been returned to me i will then arrange a follow up message to discuss the treatment further. All Covid measures are in place and a Covid risk assessment will be carried out the day of the treatment. Please let me know if you think you have any symptoms or if you have had any contact with anyone who has any symptoms. Thank you for your co operation. I am Covid compliant and everything is sanitised and all couch covers are washed after every treatment. I also air out my room after every treatment.
